Smart Tax Calculator
This interactive tool is the central mechanism of the transaction, educating Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) on how to optimize their tax burden. The legal framework of the Income Tax Law (LISR) in Mexico establishes that a legal entity can deduct donations up to a limit of seven percent (7%) of the taxable income obtained in the immediately preceding fiscal year.
Since the Technology Adoption Agreements require a twelve-month commitment, the algorithm dynamically projects the total annual contribution and calculates in real time the minimum taxable income that the corporation should have declared in order to fully deduct the investment.
